I have a treat for you! Welcome to the first installment of the HDB Interactive Interview, where I connect with authors and have interactive and action-packed interviews via Zoom. In this time of social-distancing, we have to continue to adapt. Here at HDB, we are doing just that and having an absolute ball.

Our first guest at bat is Ms. Nisee Young, aka Spicy Cajun, and let me tell you, she lives up to her pen name in every way. Spicy is a dynamic personality! In her life she wears many hats; mother, grandmother, veteran, poet, artist, and advocate. But in this episode, we are focusing on her hat as a family chef, passing down her love for family, culture and food in her cookbook: Spicy Cajun, Sharing My Blessings of Cajun & Creole Dishes.
